Chef Claudio recommends our new lunch menu which offers a wonder variety of selections.. He offers a number of daily and special occasion menus, featuring Italian specialties and items with a Mediterranean influence, too.
Born in Montecilfone, Italy, Claudio studied his craft in Abruzzi - just east of Rome. Before coming to Illinois, he worked for 12 years in New York City. He specializes in clay pot cuisine, and his goal is great quality - with a touch of home.
"You won't have to go downtown for upscale Italian food anymore," he says, smiling. "Claudio has come to Norridge."
For lunch, Claudio recommends The 3 Olives buffet, including ravioli, pasta, chicken, salad, fish, soup, appetizers, and dessert. Diners may opt for an a la carte selection of appetizers, salads, soups, and entrees, including a seafood salad appetizer, minestrone, veal osso buco, and a selection of side dishes.
